Comedy Showcase provides highlight of the week for Stow College
Hosted at Glasgow’s Highlight Comedy Club, more than 60 friends, family and guests watched as the comedy students, together with Glasgow based comedian Raymond Mearns entertained the audience with a mix of humorous performances and promotional short video films.
The audience on the night were also treated to a live performance from special guest comedian David Kay, who has performed on BBC Television and Radio, The Stand and at the Edinburgh Festival.
Performing in front of a live audience, students carried-out a short stand-up comedy act using skills honed on the Understanding Comedy course. On the night, David Kay also entertained guests with a hilarious live performance and Raymond Mearns kept the audience captivated with his unique comedy style between each stand-up act.< Back to Showcase overview
