Music Business: HNC/HND

The development of essential business skills are delivered in the context of the Music Industry. In addition to an academic approach, candidates will have the opportunity of gaining valuable, hands-on industry experience by managing one of the colleges 3 record labels. This provides real training in A&R, Event Management, Marketing and Record Companies. All candidates are required to give a presentation (topic given in advance) before being interviewed and must be able to demonstrate good communication skills.

Entry Requirements

By interview and presentation (see above). 2 Highers (grade C pass minimum)  to include English, PLUS passes in 2 other subjects at Intermediate 2/Standard Grade Credit OR appropriate range of NQ units OR substantial. relevant work experience.
