This programme is in line with the new SQA national framework. It provides a broad-based technical education for those intending to work in Electrical Engineering at Technician level.

Entry Requirements

An appropriate NC or Higher Maths or Physics or other relevant qualifications and experience.

Entry by informal interview.

Electrical Principles; Electrical Plant; Installation Design; Power Generation; Electrical Project; Mathematics.

HNC: 1 academic year, HND: 2 academic years

From here I plan to move to Glasgow Caledonian University to take a BSc Telecommunications, then a Masters or PhD.”
