Schools

Here at Stow we have developed an exciting range of part-time courses specifically designed for young people who are still at school.

Many of these courses are in subject areas that are not available in schools.

They therefore offer young people the opportunity to try something new and to acquire valuable skills and qualifications that they may then wish to develop as their future career. These courses also provide young people with the opportunity to experience college life and the sort of learning that they can expect to receive if they decide to come to college full-time.

Successful completion of some of the courses can also lead to a guaranteed place on a full-time course at Stow College.

School/college courses normally involve coming to college one half day per week and are run to suit school timetables and calendars.

Further details on individual courses can be found in our Schools Prospectus which you can download by clicking here. Copies of the prospectus can also be obtained by contacting Learner Services at the College.
