
The Board of Management is responsible for the governance of Stow College Glasgow. The strategic direction of the College is set by the Board which is responsible for all College policy. It conforms to legal responsibilities as defined by the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 1992. Board members take an active interest in the work of the College and attend various college events. Members of the Board serve on a voluntary basis, without remuneration.
The Board of Management has 16 members, including two staff representatives elected by the academic and support staff respectively, a student representative and the College Principal.
