QUALIFICATIONS @ STOW

It is important to know that virtually all of Stow College's courses and programmes of study are linked to national qualifications recognised by employers and other education institutions both nationally and internationally. Many are awarded by the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA).

The SQA is the main certificating body for all qualifications in the national education and training system in Scotland. SQA qualifications available at Stow College include:

• Higher National Diplomas
• Higher National Certificates
• National Qualifications (including Highers)
• National Certificates
• Professional Development Awards.

The College also offers its own certificates for certain courses as well as courses approved by various professional bodies such as City and Guilds, Institute of Leadership and Management, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Microsoft, CompTIA and many others.
