The Certificate in Desktop Support provides the ideal grounding for an IT career. The course provides the skills to successfully support users and troubleshoot Windows based desktop applications and desktop operating systems. Students will also be able to sit Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) exams and achieve Microsoft MCP/MCDST accreditation.
