Home Cinema Installation

This is a course people who wish to learn the skills and knowledge to install Home Cinemas and other digital technologies. People may also wish to create an authentic cinema-quality experience in their own homes. These potential customers lack the know-how and practical skills to carry out the selection and installation of equipment and so rely on knowledgeable professionals to select and install equipment on their behalf.

Basic systems overview, components, planning an installation, DIY: speaker and projector mounting/installation, structured cabling, home networking: wired/wireless/powerline, home cinema clients and servers, handheld gadgets, streaming media.
