Certified Desktop Support Technician: PDA

The Certificate in desktop Support gives the ideal grounding to get you started in your IT career by ensuring you have the skills to successfully support users and troubleshoot Windows based desktop applications and desktop operating systems. Candidates will be able to sit Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) exams and achieve Microsoft MCP/MCDST accreditation.

Entry Requirements

Industry related experience. Applicants over 18 may be accepted with lower qualifications.
