CCNA Exploration 2: Routing Protocols and Concepts

CCNA Exploration teaches networking based on technology, covering networking concepts using a top-down, theoretical, and integrated approach and helps prepare students for entry-level career opportunities, continuing education, and the globally-recognized Cisco CCNA certification.

Entry Requirements

Industry experience. At least 6 months to 1 year computing experience – applicants should be comfortable with basics of computing and computer networking.

Course Content

By enrolling on to the Cisco Networking Academy students will learn how to:

Configure and verify router interfaces

Design and implement a classless IP addressing scheme for a network

Demonstrate comprehensive intermediate and advanced routing skills

Identify the characteristics of different classes of routing protocols

15 Evenings (2 Evenings per week) 5.45 to 8.45 pm
8th March 2011 - 10th May 2011

Can lead to:
Candidates who successfully completed this course will be eligible for progression to module 3: LAN Switching and Wireless.
